Erik A. Petkovic, Sr.

Technical Director

Erik grew up in Ohio where he played goalkeeper for the prestigious Saint Ignatius High School.  Erik was an Ohio Olympic Development Program (ODP) trained goalkeeper.  By his mid-teens Erik played with multiple semi-pro teams in Ohio.  Erik played all over the country and won at every level.  After earning two college degrees Erik moved to Northwest Indiana where he coached and mentored youth soccer players.  Erik has been coaching at a high level and developing quality players since moving to Southern Maryland in 2015.  Erik is a challenging, yet supportive, coach who demands the very best from his players.  Erik continues to develop college soccer athletes. 

Eric Elder

Director of Coaching

Coach Eric is a Calvert County homegrown athlete and trainer.  He played four years of Varsity soccer at Patuxent High School where he helped the team to two Regional Championships. During his time at Patuxent he also played for Maryland Olympic Development Program (ODP) and DC United U16 Academy.  Eric received an athletic scholarship from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, where he earned a Business Degree. After college and away from the game, his love for soccer brought him back to Southern Maryland to elevate the sport. 

Kylie DonBullian

Director of Women's Coaching

Coach Kylie competed at the highest club levels throughout the country. She was a three-year varsity athlete at Northern High School where she helped lead the program to back-to-back Maryland State Championships in 2017 and 2018. She competed for two seasons in the UWS2 League. She continued her soccer career at Stevenson University as a forward, where she helped lead the team to the 2021 NCAA conference playoffs. Kylie was the first player to score at Stevenson University’s new athletic complex,  She graduated with a BS in Psychology and was an executive board member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee serving as Vice President. She brings passion, knowlegde, and experience to her coaching. 

Ryan Wilson

Junior Academy Coach

Coach Ryan grew up playing soccer along the US East Coast, as well as working as a referee for four years before joining the US Air Force. Ryan helped the Tinker AFB team to a quarterfinal finish in the 2009 Air Force Defender’s Cup.  After moving to Maryland, he captained his group to the 2019 championship. Along the way he has earned multiple degrees in History and Business from Liberty University. He has coached youth soccer in Maryland at all levels since 2016. Coach Ryan brings great vision, discipline, and heart to the game, developing players both on and off the field.
